Fabiola Condo Hotel - Playa del Carmen

good location, close to everything! Close to the liveliest street and beach on foot can be 6-7. Breakfast is not on the hotel premises, we have to go through 2 minutes, it's not a buffet, but there are 3 options, all of them were yummy, everything was delicious. rooms are very spacious. We really enjoyed it.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers great wi-fi, free parking, and helpful luggage storage. On my first stay, the staff assisted with a tech issue, which I appreciated. I'm returning for another city trip soon!

Everything was very good, good value. It was ideal place for travelling to Playa del Carmen, I was glad to stay there. The location was magnificent, next to Close to many restaurants, and the beach and supermarkets. It also was very close to the ADO bus station...

The location, the kindness of the owners, the room was very clean and well decoreted. A very peaceful and confortable place to stay.

I had a lovely stay with good WiFi and a refreshing pool. however, it varied from photos as the room was cozier than expected. I’d definitely choose it again!

The room is very clean, the stuff is friendly. The location of the hotel very good, it is far away from all the noise of the beach parties and noisy restaurants, and 5 min. Walking from the beach. The pool is small, but clean.

Just a decent option for a quick layover in Playa del Carmen with all in all great value for money. The service was super, especially Patricio, who helped with everything I needed. Make sure to enjoy the clean and pleasant atmosphere.

Condohotel Fabiola is an oasis of tranquility. I envy those who will stay here once we are gone. It honestly felt like a home from home. Plus, the management, and his family, could not have been any more attentive. Put simply, they were very thoughtful and they exceeded our expectations and more. As for the actual place, its extremely peaceful. Its less than a 3 minute walk to Coco Bongo, 5th Avenue, and the beach. Plus, its only a 5 minute walk to Wal-mart, which prooved to be essential as we had the option of cooking in our studio. Overall, the hotel was an excellent deal for the location, price and all the amenities that were provided. Trust me, you can do no better than this wonderful hotel!

It's peaceful great budget hotel with extremely helpful staff. The venue has a central location to ADO bus depot. The restaurant serves freshly cooked Mexican food.
